Although Derek only installed the part that was ordered by Dennis and finally fixed our Kenmore washer, he seemed very knowledgeable about the various workings and processes of our machine. He was our 4th different repairman to try to fix same problem but I think he might have been able to fix machine on 1st call. I discussed door latch with 1st repairman, he did a cursory check on it and declared it ok but it was the actual problem. I've got a lot of new parts in my washer, the guys are very good at Remove & Replace but not diagnosis.
