Service Tech Steve was great. Ability to communicate with A & E is terrible. First date given on a Monday was 8-5. We sat home all day. At 5 I got a text saying service would not be here and next day scheduled was 10 days later. When that day arrived Steve was here and ordered part. Part was shipped to our home week later. I emailed or texted when part arrived and was given a choice of dates to install a week later. On that date is was from 7-4. Steve arrived around 3. No ability to phone anyone, everthing is online. You need to read your reviews
