First appt was schedule for Thursday but service person showed on Wednesday when weren't home. Rescheduled appt was canceled without notice. We waited all day with no call/text. Anyone we spoke to was more interested in selling warranty plans than actually scheduling talking to us

Service guy came to repair our dishwasher pump motor. He replaced the motor and it worked but as soon as he left it started leaking. I called 3 times to get him to come back and I just kept being told a scheduling person would contact me, a week later and I haven't heard anything yet. The pump motor is now squealing!
