While my appliance was fixed, I was unhappy with the amount of time it took from arrival to completion. The technician arrived to my house well before the second “estimated arrival time”. They sat in my driveway for 10-15 minutes before even calling me. Then, they stated that they had “just got there” and said they would be inside in about 4-5 minutes. I waited, again, another 10 minutes. The amount of time it took to fix the appliance could have been done in the time they were sitting in my driveway (parked in the middle blocking the entire thing). Also- I was not notified of what I can expect when using the first few times, such as burning off of coatings resulting in a burning plastic smell. I understand completing paperwork, however, park in the street before parking in the driveway and having the audacity to tell me you just got there.

Bait & switch for sure! I received an "offer" to waive the $149.00 diagnostic fee is we booked the repair after a technician came to our home and diagnosed the issue. He came and correctly identified the problem, but guess what? The repair price was inflated by $150!

The technicians that come out are professional and know what they are doing. The call center is horrible. The system intentionally makes it next to impossible to get in touch with a person. I had to call back many many times to get something resolved that only a person could help with.
