The technicians Sears has are awesome. They are very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. However, the same is NOT true of Sears Home Service itself. I will never recommend it to anyone and I tell everyone about how it's impossible to talk to anyone that is knowledgeable about the parts delays, the website for updates is useless and it is very difficult to understand the agents. There were many very frustrating moments for the 2 months we were without a refrigerator. The coup de grâce, wr had to pay for parts and labor up front. 5 stars to the Tech. -5 for Sears Home Services
