Dependable & courteous
Steve has been out 3x for my washer. 1st time to diagnose and order parts. 2nd to put in parts which when the electrical was replaced showed another problem. Today was the 3rd time and it works! He was willing to explain to me over the phone the issue when I couldn't be home for the first 2 appts.

Bad phone service
Tim is an excellent service man. But he is hampered by very bad phone people and web sites. Original appointment was 8/10 but some how replaced with a 8/18 date with no notice to me. Took 30 minutes talking on the phone with some one barely spoke english to fix the date back. Only to find out you no longer carry the parts needed to fix my dishwasher. Now I have to wait for a call to arrange a replacement
