Great service. Technician Kevin was very professional and thorough. He took the time to explain why my refrigerator failed to work. Also, he gave me helpful hints as to how to prolong the life of my fridge. We were able to discuss the new appliance coverage being offered by Sears.

Jason Crushed it!
Jason went above and beyond to fix our fridge. After the warehouse didn't have our part and he had to come back a 2nd time he made sure to be an advocate for us when his mgmt wanted him to leave our job to go to another one but he stayed until the job got done. Thanks Jason.
