At the same time solved 2 problems for me. Really appreciated his input in problem solving for me. The previous technician mechanically fixed the washer but without trying out left n unknown problem n signed off finished before he should have leaving the issue I had been left with. Have used Sears repair services a number of times over the years for my tractor. Always been very happy with the service. Cass has been a number of times and has been very helpful. When last tractor died he gave me tips on what to look for when buying new one. Have referred Sears to neighbors and they have been pleased with services also. Thank you so much!
