Joshua was very personable, patient and professional. He explained what was wrong with my stove, gave me an estimate on the parts it would need and accepted graciously that I wanted to think about going forward with ordering the parts needed in order for the stove to be operable again. Joshua was knowledgeable about my stove. When I asked his opinion on certain things, he gave very candid and efficient answers. I was very pleased with him and his work.
