Jason was very professional
Jason was extremely professional. We are disappointed that we paid lots of money for a problem that cannot be fixed. We knew what was wrong. He agreed. Replaced no parts. He did a great job and was sympathetic with the defect in our fridge. He did nothing wrong but it was a very expensive visit for no new diagnosis and no parts fixed. That is a Sears problem. Not a technician problem.
