Awesome Service
Charles came in and within minutes he had a pretty good idea what was wrong. He was correct and he replaced the part quickly and the dryer is working just fine. Impressed with the service and how quick ly it could be arranged. Five Stars!

LG repair
Don was by far the best technician that you have sent out. He was very knowledgeable and corrected several items the past technician did not do and the dPlacing the water line back in the support bracket will take the pressure off the water line connecting fitting. He also put the front leveling foot which the first technician knocked off and said he couldn't put it back. I would request Don back for any future service an excellent employee to have

Howard was very helpful,I was a little surprised that after numerous messages from Sears to make sure he had what was needed he had nothing . I guess it's a New way of doing business , I'm not impressed with it , I feel having to make 2 appoints is an inconvince to me .

I feared for the worst as my Refrigerator is 25 years old but Kevin put our fears at ease from his first call. Kevin was friendly efficient and knowledgable and told us we should get another 10 years from it. If it was possible I'd request him for any other needs. I highly recommend him and your services. Quick Observation
Really quick, did not have to do anything. Looked at the wiring of the thermostat and let me know that the wiring was wrong.

Joshua was unable to repair our appliance due to planned obsolescence, but he didn't do anything wrong. He was quick and clean and respectful of our home. We both appreciated that he wore a mask and gloves the entire time as were both cancer patients. I would use again.
