The technician found the issue but the process to get them to come out was very difficult. Could not speak to someone about a part that they said was ordered. The AI would schedule an appointment but then would get canceled. 3 times did it my appointment the day of the appointment. One time they just didn't show up.

Dave is a great technician. He is thorough. He is friendly . He is professional. My husband and I have had the pleasure of having Dave work on our mowers for over a decade. Dave is worth his weight and gold.
