Marty's the Man!
Marty was nothing less than Great! He introduced himself, he was personable, he explained everything and showed me the problem my refrigerator has been having. Sears is the 3rd company to come out and fix my fridge since march. The first two companies just couldn't fix the problem. I will be requesting sears to continue fixing my appliances from now on. Thank you Marty!!

Washer service.
I am SO embarrassed in that my washer did not need servicing. I thought for sure the water inlet hose was clogged due to the water level appearing to be too low. Simon explained to me this level was normal for my model of washer. It is water-saving. I felt utterly ridiculous that I had Simon come out here for nothing. The good thing was that he didn't make me feel stupid for my misunderstanding. He was very kind.
