Maytag dryer repair service
Simon was right on time (called at 8 am Monday). Service took one hour. Replacement of worn parts was done smoothly and quickly. Simon helped with navigating payment of invoice using text on phone. Will use Sears again in the future for laundry and kitchen appliance repair work.

Joe did a good job, no repairs needed. The problem was caused be a loose connection. But I think your price structure is too high. Also, I was frustrated with your on line system. I tried to tell a person what the problem was but could never get past the computer to a service representative.
