Good service as always
The only problem I wanted to know is why did I have a service call payment when the tech told me that he couldn't even get the part to fix my washer so even if I wanted to fix the issue I couldn't, my grandpa retired from the service department from sears he worked there for 35 plus years his name was Gearld Bruder. Not trying to get my money back but when that happens seems like should give the customer a break. I mean he didn't half to tear into anything just tried to move the barrel in the washer and told me the issue. Which with his experience I'm sure he knew the issue. Maybe should of got a discount. Sears has taken care of us for years. Anyways Mayne if u guys run into this situation in the near future maybe would get the customer to call u guys back. Since they can't get it fixed by u and nothing was really done to help the customer. Anyways just a thought and as always I will still use u guys from now on til I had my heart issues I have done these kinda things on my own. Thanks for your service and thank you for taking care of my grandpa for years he loved sears and until they closed down in flint we bought everything from sears like tools and yard equipment. The service guy did point me in the right way but was a bummer the washer I bought 3 years ago and if I could of got the part would of cost me pretty much the same as when I bought it at best buy.
