Not good
Sears snd Home Warranty companys can't communicate very well. I've had two different home warranties and the claims have been the same. NON-COMMUNICATION.

Very unhappy customer
Our repair call was placed on 7/4/24 - two appointments later and my refrigerator is still not cooling. Called an hour after he left today to say the temp was at 69 degrees, he stated it takes time to cool he would call later. Phone connection was poor when he called at 4:30 so he texted me telling me to place a new service call. I have been without a refrigerator for almost a month. This is totally unacceptable!!

Clothes Dryer Repair
It was a very disappointing experience. After I explained the problem, he only tested for power; took off the Dyer's top, and reset the braker at the power box. . The dryer worked, but did not heat. He tested nothing else, not even the thermal fuse or heating unit. I was told that his diagnosis would be based on the results of his tests. After telling him the age of the dryer, he said it is probably the heating. He said it will cost around $525.00. He was over paid gor the job he did. The parts should have been tested.
