Technician was efficient, pleasant, and knowledgeable. He even pointed out some places that we missed cleaning so the cooling fans could work better. Very pleased with him. The automated system could definitely use some improvements. Very difficult to make sure that someone is actually coming out on the day that it is supposed to be scheduled.
