Install heat exchanger
The tech is very knowledge on furnace . He took his time to install heat exchanger in the furnace. He's great and friendly guy. Wish that he picked up few screws or nails that he left on the floor. Overall he's great!

The part needed is no longer available to repair my washing machine. However, I received excellent customer service, from placing my initial call through the payment process. Charles was very knowledgeable and explained as he was checking and troubleshooting the washing machine. I would rate him a 10!
