Arrived earlier than expected, quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it fast. Also checked to make sure it worked and swept the floor leaving the change that was found to one side.

Mike did all he was able in his visit, but the result of his diagnosis did not help me as the part he felt we needed cannot be provided by their company. If they could fix the issue I would get my diagnosis fee applied, however I am without a fix and now without $139.

Technician was knowledgeable, courteous, clean and efficient. My problem is with Sears' method for scheduling and keeping customer informed. In first visit to diagnose the technician informed me he would return on a specific date. Parts were received in mail, promised date came and went, no technician. I was later informed the scheduling system is automated and will override the date promised by the technician. In this case I was not kept informed of the change in promised schedule. Sears needs to modify system to give customers URL so they may keep informed on status of schedule.

I don't recommend Sears Repair to anyone, it took four months to fix my range and I had to have my uncle finally fix my range. They are a scam!

It still has a buzz. It is not fixed. I bought 4 GE appliances. I am so upset about this!
