Ice maker repair
Tom w was great. Fixed the problem. The cost however was shocking. Tom tried to convince us to purchase a service contract. We truly can't afford a monthly fee. The person who logged our service request got many things wrong. We have a Samsung not a kenmore. Phyllis is the home owner not William. Ann Arbor is spelled wrong. Our service did not come Wednesday as he said. It was Tom on Thursday instead. Consequently our service estimate has many errors.

Great diagnostic service
Jessup very knowledgeable and thorough. He provided us with all the info on the repair. Since it was too expensive it became a better option to replace. Jessup had a lot of knowledge he shared with which brands were most reliable and what to look for. Nice work.

Professional and efficient
Duane did a great job in fixing our oven. We did wait 1 month for the repair because the first technician closed the ticket. We had to start again with a different tech and the parts arrived broken. 3rd time a charm - parts arrived on time, Duane arrived early and got the job done efficiently. Delighted to have my oven fixed and took the appliance warranty for assurance going forward.
