Customer Support is not dead!
Tom restored my faith in customer support, however let's be clear he's one of a kind! From the moment he called to verify that he would be my service tech, he provided a 5-star experience. Super kind, thoughtful with the little details, and he solved my issue. I would highly recommend Tom, and if I ever need service again I would request Him. I don't know if he sees these reviews, if he does thank you so much! You made what could have been a very stressful experience actually delightful!
