I found Steve to be knowledgeable, thorough and efficient, He gave good feedback on the condition of my appliances as well as future options for repair vs. replacement. He left the laundry room as clean and neat as he found it. And he made an extra effort to see that I got the discount I signed up for. Could not as for better service.

Found the problem, others missed
After the ice maker was replaced there still was no ice. Marshall went over everything and determined there was no water getting to ice maker and figured out why. I now have ice again
