Levi is very knowledgeable of household appliances that need repairs. We are satisfied so far with diagnosis of our dishwasher. Levi is pleasant and explains all that is wrong and what has to be done to repair the appliance.

Levi was good ,SEARS is terrible
I do not blame Levi but after 12 weeks trying to repair my washer, wasting my time and money I feel you should either replace the washer or give me credit towards a new one. I will NEVER recommend you guys to anyone

GE dryer repair call after two cancellations by Sears.
Jim arrived when he said he would. Was very professional and found my dryer problem quickly. Unfortunately he didn't have the correct belt and was unable to fix the problem.
