Cheerful, helpful, effective
He and his assistant called to tell us when they would arrive, which was what they did. They instantly found the problem to solve and they did it, telling us what it was about. We're grateful as can be.

Joe was amazing! He did extensive testing to determine the most cost-effective way to fix our refrigerator's problem (which had been inadequately and inaccurately assessed by the previous technician). He went out of his way to explain things, and cheerfully did the necessary work. He stayed long enough to make sure that his repair had fixed the problem. I was most impressed!

Put on new door but...
I had a door come to the house and the company came out today. Two gentlemen came and they were really nice. When they got here they had no idea why they were here and had to look it up. I had to go back to work and my son was here and they never told him the freezer was off. The door said cooling down. He thought it was cooling down because the door was off and the temperature was going down like it is supposed to be as a freezer. I got home to find that the men never turned my freezer back on. Everything in my freezer has been defrosting from noon until 6pm. Oh, and they left the old refrigerator door in my kitchen... what am going to do with that?! I can't even pick it up. What a way to end my day!

Would give zero if I could
I have gotten to the point where I am filing a complaint with the Maine DA office Consumer Protection regarding this technician's behavior and Sear"'s fraudulent warranty. Twice this technician has lied to us regarding the repair, first time said he fixed washer it is all set- 100% false and today said it was unrepairable after running clothing through cycle. After he left I rec'd email saying he could not test machine in garage- 100% false. Sears employees are non-responsive, each one tells me something different and nobody will forward me to a manager- some say there is a manager, but they won't transfer me and some say there is no manager. Sears and this technician appear to be frauds!
