Technician was pleasant, professional, and provided helpful tips to keep in mind. As a first time homeowner there are somethings that are common sense but not so common sense if you haven't experienced certain situations before. The technician's suggestions were presented in a helpful way instead of a condescending way which I very much appreciated. Apparently something was loose in my fridge and it was causing the light to not turn on. He fixed it quickly and efficiently. He made it look so easy and thats why he's the expert.
