Refrigerator repair
The technician checked and found a wrong part was delivered. He then checked to see if he had the part on his truck. He didn't did . He also checked a warranty issue the previous technician overlooked and resolved it. After finishing up the repair he rechecked the system and put the cover back on and cleaned his work area. He asked if I had any other questions and explained that he completed the form for my credit on my bill for the compressor , showed where to find the service number and that completed his service call. I am very pleased with his service rendered.
