Outstanding Technician
We were in a bad situation as our refrigerator was inoperable for over a week. Upon arrival Ryan diagnosed our unit and expeditiously conducted our repair. I think our refrigerator is working better now than it did before! Ryan went above and beyond to assist in this effort. We couldn't be more appreciative, and we thank Ryan for his service!

Time of arrival
Alex was fine with the repair of our dryer. The scheduling was not good. This was the second consecutive week we had to wait at home for Alex to arrive at the house around 5pm. Our repair started three weeks ago, Sears provided a text update on the arrival of that technician (Juan). This update did not appear for Alex's arrival today (1/9/24) or last week. Consistency and improvement is needed for these notifications.
