Communication is efficient
Ziad did a great job getting my refrigerator up and running after waiting over 3 weeks without one. He called and confirmed he will still be arriving well after 6pm and he did not finish until after 8pm he stayed until the job was completed and felt my pain. due to the other technicians canceling my appointments I had scheduled at 6pm after being home waiting from 8am specific techs never called my phone nor communicated after 3 prior appointments being canceled at the last minute beware of technicians NATHANIEL C JEFFREY B VERY POOR SERVICE QUALITY FROM THEM AS WELL AS SEARS FOR ALLOWING A COSTUMER TO EXPERIENCE THIS WAIT OF 3 1/2 WEEKS TO HAVE MY REFRIGERATOR REPAIRED I SPENT OVER $1,500.00 EATING OUT FOR A FAMILY OF 4 I probably should have just went and purchased a new refrigerator.
