Outstanding & Professional technician. After I explained to him the issues I've been having with customer service & not able to ask the questions I needed to ask. I explained & showed him the text I received to say tech had had part, he immediately reached out to locate the part which he was able to go & pickup. He stated he will return to replace which he did. He went up & beyond! Kudos to him

Larry was very very good . He called ahead before he arrived and was a pleasant person. The part he ordered had come two days before . Larry had the microwave fixed really quick . I was pleasantly surprised ! I rate Larry has 5 stars (outstanding) !!
