Sears Service / Tech
We have a master service plan with Sears and have had the same plan for over 17 years. It is a fabulous plan. The only major issue is getting service technicians scheduled to fix the repair is absolutely awful. Then they need to order a part which takes three weeks then you wait another two weeks to get the service scheduled again. We have had our air conditioner serviced three times just this summer . Tried to have a manager call and they never return calls. With that said, I would like to give a wonderful review to Ron the service Tech. He goes above and beyond resolving the issue. He is very knowledgeable. No fault of his that the customer service side is the worse. Thank you Ron for caring about your customers.
