John the technician arrived at the appointed time and in no time diagnosed the issue. He showed me and explained the exact nature of the problem and also of the repair. Great service from a friendly tech
James came out to fix my squealing dryer. He called when he was on his way and gave me an estimated arrival time. He diagnosed the issue (worn belt and bearing) and discussed repair options with me. The job took about an hour to complete and James was professional throughout. He even took time to help me catalog my appliances for the home warranty since they were not all registered. Super helpful!
