I called multiple times about same problem with my refrigerator during this year.All the technicians were very polite and nice but problem remained the same. I hope that today will be different. Today Michael technical from Sears called me to inform about proximal time for my appointment today. I asked him to come during my lunch break because I used all my vacation days for the previous repair appointments and he kindly agreed to change his route in order to come in available time for me. I opened the door for him and because I have to come back to work I asked my neighbor to stay with him. After work was done he sent me a text message with what was done and multiple advices and when I called him after work he patiently answered all my questions . From my experience Michael is the best technician. Very knowledgeable and thorough , attentive to detail, friendly and patient. Hi know everything. From parts to home protection services . I hope that today he find the real problem and my refrigerator will finally work properly.
