Although he was not able to service the washer , John was very up front with pricing and what was wrong with washer. On 8/7 another technician came ( 0831891) who had no idea what he was doing. He was on the phone asking for help the entire time he was here. He did not turn on my machine until an hour into the visit. Incorrect part was ordered. I feel the only reason he ordered the part he did was because I told him that what was broken last year at this time.

He also was able to show up earlier than my initial appointment time, which I loved. The changed appointment time was effectively communicated to me by the portal text and a phone call.
