Great Technicians, but Customer Service doesn't reply
I had two great service technicians who correctly diagnosed the problem with my microwave, and ordered the correct parts for the repair. They fixed the problem very quickly and were extremely courteous throughout the entire process. Absolute experts and professionals. Prior to the 2nd visit (1st to diagnose/2nd to install parts), one of the parts arrived broken from the shipper. I tried to contact A&E via phone, email, and their Contact Us page to let them know of the issue. No one ever responded to my issue. In fact, you cannot ever talk to a person through their phone line. While the service techs were excellent/phenomenal, I would be weary about using this company again due to their lack of response from their customer service dept, if they even have one. I would contact a few other companies first.
