5 service man was excellent
The technician was very knowledgeable, and he went over the stove with me and showed me how the heat that came out of the back and how that was the reason for the top of the stove to become very hot. The stove is actually too hot on the top to cook while having the oven on. I think it's a very poor design by G E, and they need to replace my stove. You could actually burn your hands. If you touch the knobs on the front or touch the pots on the top while they you were using the oven I wouldn't buy this stove again or anything like it. I previously owned a GE profile for 25 years and never had service and when they removed my stove, it worked perfectly and looks great. I replaced the stove because I was getting a different color after 25 years my daughters wanna purchase it.

Ijaz called and informed us about his whereabouts on getting to our home because he was running late, good communication on our end. When Ijaz got to our home he got straight to the problem and informed us what was wrong with our microwave.

Hidden washer
John found the hidden washer left behind by the old transmission and previous repair man (Khalil) and removed it to make better room for the new drum. Washer should work fine going forward.

The SHS online scheduling doesn't seem to work, the automated phone and chat menus run in circles, and it's impossible to speak to a human in customer service but Malik went above and beyond when Sears customer service was nonexistent. He helped to make sure we were put back on the schedule after SHS did not show up for several "confirmed" appointments. I'll never use SHS again but Malik is the man.
