Excellent job!
We had been without our dishwasher for over 2 months because no one else could figure out what was wrong with it. Mr David saved the day! Now cleaning the kitchen will take less than half the time!

Mr. David is very polite and intelligent gentlemen. He came to replace a part on my microwave and he checked the microwave to make sure it was working properly. Mr. David gave me a courtesy call that he will be arriving in 15mins. He arrived on time for the appointment and took care of his job duties. Thanks Mr. David for all the hard work you do at Sears. Anibal was great. Showed good knowledge and easy to understand. Very informative and was super kind to my puppy! Although the issue wasn't solved (through no fault of his own) he was able to come up with an even better solution.

Michael was courteous, knowledgeable and he cleaned up after the repair was completed. So far the repairs made seemed to have solved the problems I was having. I'm hoping I won't have to call again for the same problem. I know all companies are dealing with not enough staff to handle all situations in a timely manner, but having to deal with recorded voice prompts everytime you have to call for a repair/service and can't speak to a actual person is very annoying to say the least. In the past you call Sears repair and speak to a person who could actually help you with your repair and handle everything in one call. I sure miss those easier days. Thank you,
