Mr .Darius M. was a well mannered and very polite. Mr. Darius spoke well and he new his work. He informed me while he was working the procedure he was using to get my refrigerater working. Mr. Darius also presented to me Sears warranties and what they covered. I will recommend Darius to my friends and family.

Whirlpool Quiet Partner Three Dishwasher
I learned a lot from this technician.We both cleaned out the gunk in the dishwasher.I could not believe what was in there.This was the first time I ever had a deep cleaning. He advised what products to use to keep the dishwasher clean so I'm very grateful. Very satisfied.
