Terrific Service
After the 3rd time for service, we finally had a technician who knew what he was doing. He knew what was wrong within the first 15 minutes. I would highly recommend him.

Technician
David was Very professional and efficient ! Not technician's faults but On 2 parts ordered , only the minor part came because UPS delivered other part (expensive control board) to P.O. and it would not have made it in time if I hadn't tracked it down and picked it up at the post office myself on morning of scheduled service instead of waiting for mail carrier to deliver to my home 2 days delayed . It was frustrating . As well as not being able to connect with live person to ask for later appt in the day I order to have part needed.

It was a pleasure having Joseph fix my refrigerator and freezer. It did not take him long to figure out the problem. I had 2 small dogs barking in the background at times and Joseph was kind to them and understanding. He fixed the problem and I was fortunate enough to have some nice conversation during the time he was here. He was very kind.

Kenmore dryer repair
Nothing but good things to say about Tom. Friendly, clearly knew his stuff, total professional. Talked about the problem at hand as well as the reliability of the dryer (and washer) models I have. All positive! Also answered a couple questions about some of the newer machines on the market. Tom is a class act!
