Late - no call
Our window was confirmed between 8-12. At 1230 I called Sears 2x to get an update. Finally Sears said he be at the house at 1:30, just as he showed up at 12:45. Its hard to plan my day without knowledge of when or if someone will show up. He did a good job completing the job.

Dishwasher parts replacement via Sears home warranty
The technician told me that I have to sign a waiver to not blame the service company for any dishwasher leaks after he repairs the dishwasher. His logic was the plumbing could be faulty and not his responsibility but he could not explain how am i covered if the leak is due to bad servicing in this case. The technician was visibly irritated and borderline rude in telling me to either sign the waiver or do the work myself. Never experienced such a behavior before. I was not comfortable with him touching my appliance and setup.

Very rude and unprofessional
Service technician spent 2 minutes, said you are using the stove with food on top as a "storage area", helped himself with my mail for his scratch notes, didn't communicate what was wrong and wrongly informed that "something must have been dropped on the stove" which is inaccurate. Don't trust this person!

useless
The technician gave a two minute look and said they won't replace the burner tubes. While they gave me an estimate and said I declined they never gave me the estimate which I would have accepted. The technician didn't even come with the part needed to repair even though I mentioned what was needed when I made the appointment. I would recommend not wasting your time and money with Sears.

Rough experience
cancelling rescheduling on the appointment days is how Sears scheduling works. minimum wait for repair is at least 1 month
