Everything was great with this fixing! The technician GuoXiong was very thoughtful and very considerate. He called before he came to my house and he was super efficient with this fixing. He was also very nice and he provided a very clear receipt for this fixing, which shows all the items cost related to this fixing! My experience with this fixing was excellent

Great Service!
Juan was an excellent technician. He repaired the problem with our refrigerator in a timely manner, was professional during his visit, and left the kitchen as he found it; clean and tidy. My only issue with A&E is that their service window runs from 8 AM to 5 PM. Most other service companies with whom we have dealt offer several smaller windows so that the homeowner is not made to give up an entire day waiting for repair.

Albert was fine as service provider. Sears is really awful!!
Albert did a fine job during all of the times he came to provide service on my fridge. However each time he came he had been given the wrong address, so went to the wrong place each time. It then took many extra hours for my service to be done because he had to finish calls in the geographic area he was in, based on your incorrect info, before he could relocate to my area. I dont understand why it was even an issue. He ordered replacement parts which were sent to my correct address, and I have a service warranty with you that was taken out with the correct address on it so I dont understand how this mix up happened and kept happening. I tried calling Sears over 100 times on different days and times to try to speak to someone live, to correct the problem he was having. I was on the phone for over 10 hours in total doing this!! I NEVER GOT A LIVE PERSON no matter which selections I pushed or which customer service number I called. This is INEXCUSABLE! For Sears to provide such poor customer service is shocking, but partially explains why you are in such financial trouble. The recording loops I got stuck in kept telling me that I would get texts with info on my service call. No texts ever came through. Some of your recordings said that I would be able to connect to a live person. This was never possible no matter how many times I tried or what I tried. Get your act together!! You really dont want to alienate the remaining customers that you have. It is unfathomable that you have eliminated any contact with live human beings. Sometimes they are the only way to correct problems and report them to your higher ups appropriately. Without them you have lost a valuable and clearly crucial avenue for good customer service.
