Both diagnosticians arrived on time, were courteous and competent. They listened to me and answered my questions . I was pleased with their service and would use this service again. Devon was the diagnostician and I appreciated his pleasant and thoughtful manner. The trainer was also helpful.

Apart from the work of the serviceman...
Making the appointments for servicing my washer and dryer was A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE! Your robot is inefficient and limited so that important data cannot be provided. It took a zillion attempts at phoning to even schedule the maintenance for one of my appliances, and then to indicate that I did not have to pay for this visit; it was only when a serviceman phoned to say that he was on his way for that appointment that I could get him to ask to his supervisor and convey the correct information, and then get another service date for the two appliances, without him being able to forward me to speak to the supervisor. YOU NEED TO DO MUCH BETTER!!!!!

Raymond was on time, friendly, and helpful. Needed extra parts for the repair so he ordered them right there. When he found the parts weren't available he called to find out more, all the while updating me on the situation.
