One of the best techs calls you in the am gives you a idea when he is going to be at your house, polite, friendly, takes his time working on the problem of the appliance, makes sure things are running right before leaving, cleans up before he leaves.

Gas range repair
Mark did an excellent job today and resolved the issue with my gas range. He replaced the gas safety valve as well as the ignitor. He was professional and kind. He explained what he did and showed me the difference between a bad ignitor and a new ignitor.

Great people, not so much parts coordination
The people are generally great. If you get someone that really wants to fix your appliance it's a good deal, but some guys just order every part they can because they don't want to properly diagnose it. The biggest problem is lining up parts and people. No one ever shows up with parts they can use so they have to order them which means a minimum of two visits and sometimes those visits are weeks apart
