Best representative I've ever dealt with for home repairs. Zane was the most knowledgeable person I've had visit my home for repair work. He was also enthusiastic about his job and was was a very nice person. If I need Sears Home Repair for anything else that comes up, I'm going to specifically see if I can request Shane.

Shane was excellent. However communication from Sears was horrible. Kept sending text messages with expected arrival time of 2:45pm. When calling the appointment was confirmed with expected arrival time of 3:05 pm - 3:35pm. Actual arrival time was well past 6pm. No notification that arrival would be well past the posted expected arrival time.

Shane did a terrific job. We had 3 problems: Our freezer wasn't keeping food frozen, the fridge door wouldn't close properly, and the ice maker had stopped making ice. He did a thorough diagnostic and fixed all three issues on the first (and only) visit. Bravo, Shane!
