Shane was excellent. However communication from Sears was horrible. Kept sending text messages with expected arrival time of 2:45pm. When calling the appointment was confirmed with expected arrival time of 3:05 pm - 3:35pm. Actual arrival time was well past 6pm. No notification that arrival would be well past the posted expected arrival time.

Shane did a terrific job. We had 3 problems: Our freezer wasn't keeping food frozen, the fridge door wouldn't close properly, and the ice maker had stopped making ice. He did a thorough diagnostic and fixed all three issues on the first (and only) visit. Bravo, Shane!

Highly recommend. My technician, Shane, was timely, funny, highly intelligent, and an overall wonderful person. He fixed my dryer with ease and was very informative. I will never hesitate to use Sears Home Service again! Shane was amazing!!!
