Won't let was very detailed in his maintenance serviced. He was personable and efficient. I wish Sears would give a time window that is more convenient to the customer. An 8-5 time is ridiculous. I never got a call the night before giving me a time either. I wasted my whole day waiting. The website wasn't working till late in the day.

Late and poor service
A window of 8-5 is ridiculous. The tech came closer to 530. The washer was not malfunctioning at the time so didn't check anything but diagnosed it based on just the code. The price was unacceptable.
