He was very nice and I was so happy he showed up. Since August 13th I called with a warranty to have washer repaired only to have my appointment cancelled 3 times on me. Your warranty department is horrible. My parts came in in like 2 weeks or sooner and having to wait until today 10/2 is completely ridiculous. You can hardly ever get in touch with Sears and then it's so much drama with appointments. I understand if some one is sick on your appointment day and can't come but I would expect for the technician to come the next day for sure pushing appointments back 2 or 3 weeks later is horrible. And there was NO CALL FROM ANYONE saying no one was coming. I have missed 2 food pantry appointments because of your inconsideration, but bet you had food to eat. Thank goodness I had friends that shared. Yall are the worst to do business with no consideration to do business with. Not blaming Joseph is was fine but you people at Sears how do you sleep at night????
