Excellent work
My technician, Bruce, was very patient and competent. He was able to fix the problem with my icemaker in my refrigerator by cleaning out the fan and coils with his vacuum cleaner. He found the freon level and water supply good. I am very happy with all the ice I am now getting in my 17 year old Kenmore Elite refrigerator. Bruce was great!

Great communication and repair
Israel called early in the day to let us know we were 10th on his list, and he wouldn't be there until late in the service period (8-5!). He completed the job, and our dishwasher is back in service.
