Jerome is a fantastic guy and very knowledgeable repairman. He's been to my house a couple of times over the years and I tell him every time that Sears is lucky to have him. 10/10 for him!

My washer needed to be fixed and Israel fixed the washer. I explained what the washer was doing and he said he knows what the problem is. He was right, I was amazed.
