Roberto was very friendly and so helpful. He was very knowledgeable and gave several useful tips to maintain the washer. I would rate your customer service phone line as a "1". You can never speak to a human and can only select reschedule or cancel. Very frustrating. My appointment was canceled twice after waiting all morning. You should call in the morning and give us a time that you can expect the technician. The time given is 8 AM to 5 PM but you wait all morning to find out the exact time. I was told when you rescheduled that I would be FIRST but I was not. I got a call at 9 AM saying he would be at my home in an hour. Obviously I was not first.
