Prompt efficient service
The technician arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. My control Panel was shorted. Unfortunately, no one manufactures a replacement board. The technician was first class.

Superior Service
Bruce was dispatched to repair my refrigerator when it stopped working approximately one month ago. On his first visit, he called to tell me when he would arrive, and arrived promptly. He assessed the problem, advised that parts were needed (a compressor and an icemaker), ordered the parts, and provided an estimated date for the next visit. The parts arrived via UPS as Bruce predicted. Today he completed the repairs: once again called and arrived promptly at 8:15, and concluded his work shortly before 10:30 am. In addition to installing the compressor and icemaker, he suggested that the refrigerator coils needed to be cleaned, which was not a covered warranty service I agreed to pay for the additional service and he did a thorough cleaning. Overall Bruce was timely, courteous, knowledgeable about his job, and performed the required services with precision. I am grateful for his professionalism and promptness, and attention to detail. And I am ever so thankful to have my refrigerator and freezer working well again.

Excellent work from Israel but poor scheduling from sears.
Israel is a wonderful worker and he made sure that everything was in order before he left. What I did not like was not to be able to choose the day Sears was coming , to have to wait from 7 am to 6 pm. As he called me to let me know he was coming around 4pm, I felt relieve that he will be able to work on my machine. When he left at 6pm he still had to customers to serve ! So that tech worked from 7 am to probably 9pm. I hope you will review how you Schedule the services.
